We handle remodeling, repairs, improvements, and ongoing property maintenance, including:

We work with owner-occupied homes, single-family rentals, multi-family properties, short-term rentals, and small commercial properties.
How is maintenance work billed?
Clearly defined projects may use flat-rate pricing. Other work may be completed at $60 per hour plus material costs, with receipts provided. Final pricing depends on the project scope.
Do you provide preventative maintenance?
Yes. Scheduled inspections and routine upkeep can help identify smaller issues before they become larger and more expensive repairs.
Do you handle emergency maintenance?
Emergency response may be available to help minimize property damage and disruption. Availability and expected response times are discussed with the property owner.
Can you communicate directly with tenants?
Yes. With the owner’s approval, our team can coordinate directly with tenants to schedule access, discuss repairs, and help keep the owner informed.
How quickly can a project be scheduled?
Scheduling depends on the size, urgency, required materials, and scope of the work. After reviewing your request, our team will discuss availability and the expected next steps.
